古都アユタヤの日常

タイといえば象！
アユタヤでももちろん象に乗ることができます。
ずしん、ずしん。
遺跡公園周辺を堂々と歩き回ります。
車なんかお構いなし。道路だって横断します。


・・・まぁ、明らかに迷惑ですね。

私は象には乗りませんでしたが、
経験としてタイに行ったら一度くらい乗ってもいいのかもしれません。
でも、象から落ちて死んだ日本人観光客もいるらしいので注意


寺院の中は、土足ではあがれません。
みなさん、靴を脱いで厳かに入ります。

・・・が、
犬は例外みたいｗ
野良犬くんは、土足(?)で寺院内を堂々闊歩します。
遺跡の中も、コンビニの中にだって・・・


セピアで写真を撮って古都な雰囲気。



さて、これはワット･ロカヤ･スターという、まぁ、いわゆる寝釈迦仏像。
高さ5ｍ、長さ29ｍとかなり巨大で圧倒されます。




ここに行く途中、トゥクトゥクにただで乗せてもらいました！
まぁ、400ｍくらいですが。。感謝感謝。

トゥクトゥクのダライバーはアユタヤ内いたるところに出没して、
高額料金を観光客からせしめようとしてきます。
高額といっても、アユタヤ市内を一周して300か400バーツ。
日本円で900円から1200円程度ですが、
タイの物価から考えるとかなり割高です。


アユタヤには
観光客に片言の日本語や英語で話しかけてくる
物売りやドライバーが大勢います。

こんなことがありました。
物売り｢これ、箸5本で500円よ。ワンコイン。ワンコイン。｣

私｢・・・・」

物売り｢あっちの店1000円。ここ安いよ、安いよ。｣

私｢いまあんまりお金持ってないんだ。｣

物売り｢お母さん喜ぶよ。｣

私｢いや、お金あんまりないんですよ。ノーマネー、ノーマネー。｣

物売り｢いくらなら買う。｣

私｢いや、お金がないんですよ、ホント！250バーツしかもってない。｣

物売り｢お願い！買って！ワタシ子供いる。娘と息子いて大変！｣

私｢いや・・・だから・・・｣

と、こんな感じ。
そんなに日本語話せるなら、他の職探した方がよいのでは？
と言いたくなってしまうｗ

かつての王朝に思いをはせて

I have a liitle money.
I can't use taxi and tuku-tuku.
So i could not help walking on my foot around Ayutthaya.


This is a Wat Phra Mahathat.
There are Sri Lanka style and Khmer style monuments.


There is a lot of image of Buddha in Ayutthaya.
But some stone statues were broken.


I found a mysterious stone statue.
The satue was covered by a tree root.
I was impressed by the monument.

世界遺産アユタヤへ

First of all,
I went to Ayutthaya.
A long time ago,
There were the kingdom of Ayutthaya at this land.

The kingdom of Ayutthaya existed from 1351 to 1767.
For about 400 years,
this kingdom prospered as trading town
and many foreigner and trader came to here.

However Ayutthaya fell to Burmese attack in 1767
and then the city- state was totally destroyed.



First,
I rode in a taxi to bus terminal.
and i changed from a taxi to a bus at bus terminal.
It takes 1.5 hour to go to Ayutthaya by bus...

I guess some monuments in Ayutthaya looks like Angkor Wat.

今日から、一週間ほどタイに旅行行ってきます。
明らかに、言葉わからないけど・・・
がんばります。

宿を現地に行ってから決める、なんてすごい事は、
小心者なのでできないので、ちゃんとホテルは決めました。
一泊1000円！
安いね。

もし、ホテルでインターネット使えたらBlog更新しますね。

それでは、微笑みの国、タイ王国へ！

無事に帰ってこれますように(ﾟｰﾟ;A

ムシャラフ氏　辞任へ

These days
the results of Olympic are on the front page of newspaper all the time.
But the front of today's newspaper is not the usual...

It seems that Pakistan's President Musharraf will resign as president.
One reason is pressures to resign before being impeached by parliament.

Who will be the next president?
The former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif?
But he have been charged with corruption.
And I doubt whether he can control the military.

Anyway i wish to restore security and stability to Pakistan.

Finally i introduce snippets from resignation speech of Musharaf.

I never did anything for myself. Whatever I did was for Pakistan first. That was my motto.
I am going with the satisfaction that whatever I could do for this nation, for the people, I did it with honesty and integrity. But I am also a human being. It is possible I might have committed mistakes, but I hope that this nation and the people will know that my intentions were true.
わたしは何事も自分のためにはしてこなかった。私のしたことすべては、パキスタンを第一に考えてのことだった。これが私のモットーだからだ。この国のために、国民のためにできたことに、なんであれ満足している。誠実にそして正直にそれをしてきた。しかし、私もまた人間だ。間違いを犯すことはありえる。しかし、わたしはこの国と国民にこのことを知ってほしい。私の意志は純粋なものであったことを。

Sunflowers makes me think of a hot Summer days.
I love summer.


Next,
this is a picture of lizard.
I found this small lizard near my home.
It's too small.
So I guess it's still baby,



By the way,
heavy battle have broken out at South Ossetia of Gergia.
Moreover Russian troop invaded South Ossetia
and they are supporting South Ossetian separatists.

According to the survey of AP,
More than 1500 people were killed by the battle !

The news is quite shock to me.
War broke out in the day Olympic started...

五輪開会！　日中関係の行方

the opening ceremony of Olympics has taken place
at China's packed national stadium !

I have seen the ceremony,
and i was surprised at a dramatic display and the scale.
It seems that
some 10,000 performers took part in the festivities !
Wow.
Fireworks are so beautiful.






By the way,
According to the survey of japanese and chinese media,
There is a difference about Japan-China relations
between china and japan.
67% of Chinese believe that Japan-China relations have improved.
However only 36% of Japanese believe
that Japan-China relations are good.

Good Japan-China relations is just one-sided ???
