パキスタンとムシャラフ大統領 

Finally,
Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf has handed over
the command of the military.
And then he became civilian president,
not military president.

It seems that
Ms Bhutto and America welcomed basically,
President Musharraf quitting his army post.

"This army is my life, my passion. I love this army,
and this relationship will continue,
although I will not be in uniform,"

President Musharraf made a sentimental speech at ceremony.

And today,
President Musharraf has declared
to lift a state of emergency on 16 December.

I guess
Pakistan condition will be fairly calm.

I first known President Musharraf
after terrorism called 911 at NY.
at that time,
I thought he was lackluster.
But recentry i guess he might be smart.

日常的空間と閉鎖的社会 

久しぶりに、M教官と語らった気がする。
I enjoyed it.
しかし、なんか語弊のあること言ってしまったな。

まぁ、これはいいとして・・・
イスラム文化に興味がありますって言ったら、
なんかイスラム教の話になったね。

正確に言うと、
現在のイスラム教の風習に興味があるって話ではなくて、
いろんな歴史的遺跡だとか、
中東での宗教的、資源的争いを巡る世界情勢に興味があるわけです。
Well...I don't feel no interest in Muslim.

Anyway
I'd like to travel in some countries.
Don't you think so?

でも、私が世界を回りたい理由は、
人生を楽しむって事以上の理由があるんです。

A Middle East peace conference open in America.
しかし・・・ブッシュといえば、
中東情勢を悪化させた張本人のような気もするけど、
何考えてるんでしょうかね。
イラク潰してさぁ辞任、じゃ格好がつかないから、
来年の任期終了までになにか功績を残しとこうって思惑ではないかとか、
散々メディアには叩かれているようですがｗ

前向きな結果に終わることを期待します。

ロシア連邦の行方 

It seems that
Russian Police detained about 150 people,
including opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.
They're member of"Other Russia"
which is a coalition of anti-Kremlin groups.

Japanese news don't report this news widely.
But BBC news reported a detailed account of the news.

Yesterday,
Former chess champion,Mr Kasparov was arrested
during a protest in Moscow.

President Putin who belong in United Russia
put great pressure upon opposite groups.


I wonder Russia will come back to autocratic goverment
like the Soviet Union?
Russia is going to throw away democracy?
I don't wish "Putin personality cult" continue any more.


リトビネンコ暗殺から一年 

One yearhave passed
since the Russian dissident and writer Alexander Litvinenko died
in London.
The suspent isn't still apprehended.

Mr Litvinenko died in London's Hospital
after being poisoned by polonium-210.

Now,
I read the book written by the former KGB agent's
who worked in Tokyo Japan.
I guess he have any fear,too.

Today,
BBC news reported that
it was highly likely the polonium-210 came
from a Russian state-controlled plant.


So now,
I wonder how Russia is going to move
after President Putin retired.

入国審査新制度導入！(ﾟﾛﾟ屮)屮 

Today,
New immigration system has began
in japanese airport and the port.
Through the system,
foreigner should be taken their fingerprints and their photograph,
when they enter to japan.
This system is intended for foreigner of 16 and over.

USA has already introduced this system.

I guess
the system might be needed to prevent an act ofterrorism.
Um...I'm not sure.

「3分の2」の人殺したち 

戦争にモラルはないとはよく言われるが、
実際、戦争中は想像すら難しいようなことが行われることがある。

有名な話だが、
ルワンダ内戦のときは、
昨日まで近所の知り合いだった人が、
ナタで虐殺を始めるという信じられない事態になった。

なぜ、平時下でいわゆる普通だった人が、
戦時下で人が変ったようになってしまうのか。

理由はいろいろあるのだろうが、
以下の二つは大きな原因となると思う。
1.潜在的な憎悪感
2.人間の心理的特性

潜在的な憎悪感というのは、
平時のときに、表には出さないものの、
心の中で抱いていた憎悪感が、戦時下に噴出するというもの。
平和な時代に他の人種や民族の人々を嫌悪する傾向のある人は、
戦時下では、それがより顕著にあらわれ、
それが殺人へとつながるのだと思う。

もうひとつの、人間の心理的特性というのは、
｢ミルグラムの心理実験｣と｢スタンフォード監獄実験｣を意識してのこと。

監獄実験は｢es」って映画のもとになってる心理実験で、
看守と囚人役にわかれ、二週間、
いわゆる「監獄ごっこ」をやってもらおうというもの。
これが、看守側の罰則が次第にエスカレートし始め、
囚人側が酷い精神的、肉体的な損害を被り、
6日で中止に追い込まれた。
人間は、もともとの人格に関わりなく、
与えられた仕事に応じて人格が変貌する可能性を示唆している。

そして「ミルグラムの心理実験」
この実験は、心理学を勉強したことのある人なら
誰でも知っている話らしいのだが、自分は最近まで知らなかったｗ

実験の概要はこうだ。
まず、教師役と生徒役にわかれる。
教師役のひとには、生徒役に問題を出してもらい、
間違えたら、生徒に電流を流す。
間違えるたびに１５Vずつ電流をあげていく。
生徒役は実は役者で、実際には電流など流れていないのだが、
先生役はそれを知らされておらず、
生徒役の演技（あらかじめ録音した悲鳴)によって、
本当に電流が流れていると思い込んでいる。

このとき、先生役の人は何Vまで電流を上げられるか。

通常、２００V以上の電流を流せば、怪我を与える心配がある。
参加した40人のうち多くの人が、
途中、電流をあげることにためらいを見せた。
しかし、実験者から、電圧をさらに上げるよう命令され、
あなたに責任はないと告げられると、
40人中25人は最高の450Vまで電圧を上げたそうだ。
この電圧では、ほぼ間違いなく人間は致死的なダメージを受ける。

この実験は、世界中で模倣実験が行われたそうだが、
どれも結果は似ていて、
約2/3は致死的な電圧まで上げることができたそうだ。

これからなにがわかるか。
人間には権力者の命令には服従しなければならないと考える
心理的傾向がある、ということだ。
そのためには、たとえ良心的呵責を感じても、
殺人を犯すこともありえると。

さて、自分ならどうしただろうか。
電圧を上げることを拒否した残りの15人であると信じたい。

水資源をめぐる紛争 

In future,
What kind of natural resources
will the world run short of ts supply for population explosion.
Answers are the oil and water.
FAO(Food and Agriculture Organization) reported,
now, 1.2 billion people live under a circumstance
where there is lack of water.

And also FAO expect that
two third of the world 's population is going to suffer
from lack of water.

97% of water of the earth is saly water,
and only 2.5% is fresh water.
In addition, fresh water we can use is just 0.8%...
It's said that
it's possible that war will break out over the share of water.



パキスタン 非常事態宣言解かれるか 

10 day have already passed
since declaration of emergency rule in Pakistan.

It's so difficult for Pakistan government
to keep the peace over a country even now.
Isramic fringe group did an act of terrirism some times
through Pakistan.
And Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan's opposition leader
have been confined to her houseToday,
Detained Ms Bhutto has called for President Musharraf
to step down.
I have just heard this infomation from BBC.
It seems that It is the first time
Ms Bhutto has urged Gen Musharraf to quit altogether.

I wonder when Pakistan's emergency rule was stopped.

ブラジル　巨大油田発見 

Brazil's governmental oil company announced
that big oil field is discovered
at bottom of the sea in Brazil territories.
it believes
the offshore Tupi field has between 5bn and 8bn barrels
of recoverable light oil.

Local medias reported
this company is going to began to bore for the oil from 2010.
Brazil is expected
to become the leading producer of the oil in the world.

I felt relieved to know
that this oil field isn't located along border line.
If the oil field were between borderline,
International tension might mounted suddenly.

And i wish that value of oil falls...

ジャーナリストという職 

A meida in Belgium reported that
in 2006,
Journalists and this staffs died during a coverage
amount to 167 around the world.
I feel sorry to know this report.

You know,
Journalist as job is dangerous.
But I guess this work is worthy for every people.
Thanks to Journalist,
we can know some news happened around the world.

I feel a special attraction to this job.


フランス市民団体　103人誘拐未遂？ 

Nineteen French citizens have been arrested in Chad,
They were accused of carrying off
103 children to out of Chad.
These French are member of the charity called Zoe's Ark.

the president, Idriss Deby said in anger
"They treat us like animals,".

They insisted 103 children are orphans from the Darfur region of Sudan.
But ＵＮＨＣＲ annnounced most of the children are not orphan.
Some europe media reported that
the scandal could complicate plans
to deploy a French-led European peacekeeping force
to the volatile border between Chad and Sudan.

First, I saw this news on 28.October at BBC news.
But Asahi shimbun reported it on 3 November...
Why???

エノラ･ゲイ元機長死去 ｢後悔はない」 

1 Nov. BBC news reported that
the commander of the B-29 plane
that dropped the first atomic bomb, on Hiroshima in Japan,
has died at his home in Columbus, Ohio, aged 92

He droped atomic bomb,"Little Boy"
at Hiroshima　on the morning of 6 August 1945.
As a result,about 140,000 Japanese were killed.

While he was alive,
He said clearly
"The use of the atomic weapon was a necessary moment in history.
We have no regrets".

Really?
I don't know what he think at bottom of his heart.
Maybe he disguised oneself.
Cos' everybody don't want to think their decision was wrong.

到達不可能な目標 

新聞をゆっくり読む暇もなくて、
なんだかストレスです。（￣へ￣；

スーダンで停戦合意だそうです。
ちょっと古い情報ですが。
なんだか、主要グループが二つも同意してないようなので、
どのくらい効力をもつのかわかりませんが。
アフリカに平和が訪れるのを、祈るばかりです。

そういえば、
世界平和に必要な条件は、
1.すべての国家を統合する世界政府の樹立
2.人間の見方と行動という点での根本的変化
だそうです。
しかし、個人的な意見ですが、
神でなければこんなことは不可能ですね。
まず、平和な世の中というものを
想像することすら難しい世の中です。

理想的な世界についての考え方も
国によって違うし、
例えばイスラム圏だと、イスラム法にのとった
アッラー第一の国が理想なんだろうし。
日本人なんかは、自由主義的で
老後に苦労しない世の中が理想的だろうし・・・
お酒も飲んではいけない国があると思えば、
麻薬OKの国もあるし。

世界平和って、軽々しく口にできないほど
重たい問題だと感じる今日この頃でした。
