"Pirates have hijacked a Japanese ship off the East African coast″
-BBC news-

Wow！Realy？？？
It seems that
the area is notorious for piracy
- of 16 reported hijackings worldwide this year,
11 were off the Somali coast.

I'm surprised to hear this news.
I wonder why japanese media feature
on TV or newspaper....

23 crew members on board the vessel were carried off.
However, none of crew is Japanese.
BBC news reported that
These crew are Burmese, Philippine
and South Korean sailors....

I wish every members would liberate.

トルコ政府によるクルド人討伐

BBC news reported that Turkish fighter jets have bombed
several Kurdish PKK rebel positions on the border with Iraq.

It's seems that
Turkey decided to attack Kurdish living
on the border in Iraq.

The Kurds are an ethnic group who residing aome area
which includes adjacent parts of Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey.
The population of Kurd is about 20 million.
This people don't have their own peculiar country.

So PKK aim to become independent from countries
such as Turkey, Iraq, Syria and Iran....
Their opponents are these four counties.
But It's difficult for them to achieve it.

And the region which Kurd live yields so much oil.
So four country don't give up easily.

I wonder
Kurd can acquire their own contry in future.

ミャンマーでのネット遮断について

The other day,
The Burma government disconnected the Internet completely.
Two company of Internet provider was forced to close down.
It seems that
It is easy for closed country like Burma.

Why Burma government enforced such things.
Cos' Burma's bloggers used the internet
to tell the world what is happening
under the military junta's veil of secrecy.

But today,
There're communication tools
such as celler phone or communications satellite
in Burma.

I think it's impossible
to shut down every infomation from Burma.

最近やけに忙しい。
まぁ、卒研とか卒研とか・・・

さて、話は急激に変って、
最近心に響いた言葉。
チェチェン戦争の本を読んでいたときこんな台詞を見つけた。

「さぁ、レストランに行ってお祝いをしよう！」
｢なんのお祝いをするの？」
「君はチェチェンを知らないな。もっとものわかりが良くなくちゃいけない。
今日、生きているってことを祝うのさ。
今日も、今日もまた生き延びたぞー!!!ってね。」

いま手元に本があるわけではないので、
はっきりとは覚えていないのだが、まぁこんな感じだった。
それに、実際にはレストランが残っているほど、
チェチェンの町は機能している状態ではなかった。
それほど、破壊されていた。

その日、一日を生き延びることすら困難な人がいるんだなぁって、
すごく考えさせられる言葉でした。

ちなみにこの本を書いたのは
アンナ・ポリトコフスカヤという女性ジャーナリストだが、
モスクワで、すでに何者かに暗殺されている。

今の世の中、自分の抱えている問題なんて
ちっぽけだな、今を精一杯生きなきゃなって感じます。

そういや、
実は、プーチンは歳のわりに結構マッチョらしいｗ
「強い指導者」っていうのは人気があるみたいですね。

オリンピックと民主化

It is known that
the Olympic Games 2008 will be held in Beijing in China

Some people expect to bring
about a democratization of China
After Olympic game.
Europe and America hope that
China is democratized.
And there're other problems in China government.
China invests heavily in the oil industry
in Sudan which is had a doubt about Genocide by UN.
and support Sudan government.
So Europe blames china for it.
Some country in EU suggested the boycott of Olympic.

Well...
I feel that
Olympic is used as tools for threats.

Olympic Winter Games in 2014 is held in Sochi.
Sochi is a Russian resort city,

I wonder that
Europe and America use this olympic
to move Russia.

Movement to request Mr.Gore to run for President
is warmming up.
I wonder Mr.Gore is going to run for the Presidency...
It seems that many american expect Mr. Gore to do it.

This result exceeds Hillary's approval rating.

Zimbabwe is a landlocked country
in the southern part of the continent of Africa,
Have you ever heard this country?

Zimbabwe became independent from UK in1980
and could keep stable finance for some time.

But After War of Zaire
Zimbabwe's financial condition has deteriorated suddenly.
This year in July,
Inflation has soared to well over 7,000%
and a lot of nations escape to neighboring country.

Serialization of Zimbabwe was started by Mr. Matsumoto
on Asahi shinbun.
I want to read it and deepen knowledge of Africa.

About 350000 people live in USA.

The second place is China,
and the third place is Brazil.

Next...
Where is the country with many world heritages?
Italy has 39 world heritage sites.
And Spain has 37world heritage sites.

I have never been to these country.
I want to go there in future.

イラクへの自衛隊派遣について

イラクへの自衛隊派遣について、質問があったので、
そのことについて書こうと思います。

まず、
自衛隊派遣の理由としては、
イラクの復興と安定は国際社会及び日本の安全と繁栄につながる。
なぜなら、日本は中東の石油に依存しているから。
そのため、お金を出すだけでなく、
自衛隊を派遣して、イラク復興に貢献するのは当然だ。
ということだと思います。
たしかに国益という面から見れば、
イラクの復興に協力することは当然です。

反対派の意見としては、
以下の主に３つだと思います。
１．自衛隊のイラクへの派遣は違憲である。
２．そもそも米英のイラク攻撃は正当でなかった。
３．日本がテロの標的になる可能性がある。

自衛隊派遣が違憲か合憲かということに関しては、
憲法９条の解釈をめぐる政治家の言葉遊びのようになっていて
なんだか幼稚だなと思ってしまいます。

イラクへの攻撃は、
アメリカが国連を無視して行ったことですし、
大量破壊兵器も見つからず、
「大義を失った戦争」といわれるとおり明らかに誤りです。
でも、かといってこれだけでは
自衛隊派遣自体を否定する理由にはならないと思います。
しかし、現在の自衛隊の派遣の仕方が
日米同盟を背景に
イラクの人たちのニーズに応えるではなく
アメリカのニーズに応える形になるならば、
自衛隊派遣の仕方を否定せざるを得ないと思います。

復興支援は現地の人のニーズに応えることが
もっとも重要な点だと思います。

そこで、自衛隊派遣がイラクの人たちに
どのように益になったかと言うと、
たしかに医療支援やインフラの設備に貢献した面もあるようです。
しかし、ある報告では、
「陸自派遣要員５５０人のうち、「人道支援」要員は１２０人」
だそうで、なんだか少ない気もします。
また、日本の自衛隊がイラクで
アメリカの手下のように見られているならば、
攻撃を受け、復興支援をしに行ったはずの場所で
あらたに戦闘が生じる可能性も否定できません。
また、復興支援がイラクでの失業率を
さらに引き上げる可能性も指摘されています。

個人的には、憲法解釈をねじ曲げて、
自衛隊を組織しているようにも感じているので、
いまのところ自衛隊の派遣には賛成しかねます。
ただし、イラクの復興に何らかの形で協力するのは、
当然だとも思います。

国連主導のもとでの経済協力・復興支援、
またNGOなどによる人道支援、開発協力活動などが
現段階では最善ではないでしょうか。

チェ･ゲバラ処刑から40年

Today, October 9 is a day which Che Guevara was executed.
Ernesto Guevara de la Serna ,
commonly known as Che Guevara is a internationalist guerrilla
who led the Cuban Revolution with Fidel Castro.
On October 9,
He was excuted in Bolivia by the Bolivian Special Forces.

Che Guevara is still high in favor with people around the world.

he allegedly said to his executioner,
"I know you are here to kill me.
Shoot, coward, you are only going to kill a man."
It is last word for Guevara...

I think Che is an attractive man for the young.
But I don't want to wear the T-shirt
printed figure of Che Guevara...haha..

日本人の道徳観

近年、日本人のモラルの低下がよく言われる。
低下したのか、もとから低かったのか、
日本人のモラルではなく、人間のモラルが低下したのか、
よくわからないが、
今の現状をみると、やっぱり道徳観が低いと思う。

自分が、日本人の(日本人に限らず欧米もかもしれないが)
モラルがおかしいと感じたひとつの例は
売春等の問題に関する日本人の対応です。
セックスツーリストと言われる売春目的で観光を行う
頭のイカれた人たちがいるのだが、
ある報告によれば、
カンボジアでのセックスツーリストの8割は日本人だそうだ。

それだけでなく、
日本で過去一年間に売春を経験した18～49歳の日本人は
先進国のなかでもっとも高い13.8％で
法的に売春が一部認められているオランダよりも高い。

東南アジアからの人身売買の受入国として
国連などから批判されているのも日本だ。

コンビニ等人目のつくところに簡単にアダルト関連の本をおける
神経もおかしくないか？
そもそも、モラルの崩壊を招くようなアダルトモノを
規制していない法律もおかしい。
麻薬が身体を蝕むゆえに法律で規制されているように、
アダルトメディアもモラルを蝕むものなら規制されるべきだ。

M･Jones won five medals, including three gold,
at the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney.

I guess
Olympics lost trusts for her mistakes.
I'm wondering
about why she got wrong choices and bad decisions.

One athlete's mistake will affect other athlete.
If some athletes notched up a new record,
we may doubt whether he or she is innocence.

ルワンダ大虐殺を知って

When I'm 7 years old,
I was told Genocide of Rwanda from my mother.
I don't know why my mother know it.
I guess
maybe my mother knew it at church or somewhere.
Anyway it was a shock to me
and I felt some terrible things happened in Rwanda...

One years ago
I saw one movie,Hotel Rwanda.
Do you know this movie???

When i saw this movie,
i knew the genocide was so terrible
and i was interested by Rwanda.
But I couldn't bring myself to examine it more.
Cos' i know it is so cruel...

Recentry
i found a books which is written
by a survivor of Rwanda's genocide.
So I tried to read it.
Today,
I finished to read it.
I can know surprising new info. about Rwanda.

The genocide has not finishd yet.
A lot of wrogdoers who were concerned in genocide
didn't been accused of genocide against Tutsi.
The reason is simple.
There're so many Hutus who were concerned in genocide.
So it is impossible to judge every Hutus...
The writer of this book can't live in Rwanda even now...

混迷を極めるミャンマー情勢

You know, in Burma
the situation has become more and more confused
for the demonstration against army government.

Surprisingly
A lot of monks took part in this demonstration.

The authorities said 10 people were killed,
But some diplomats and activists say
200 people have been killed already.

Sadly one japanese journalist was shot and died.

Why sparked the demonstration?
I read the reason is that
the government decided to increase the price of fuel sharply.

The demonstration has been forced to become down
for a crackdown by army.
But even now, nation's anger and complaint is big.

I guess it's impossible for army government
to suppress nations and democratization forever.
I wish the issue could settle peacefully.
